Rice crackers normally make me think of dieting. Like, they're one of those foods that just scream "low fat" because really, I'm not sure who would eat rice crackers over potato or corn chips. Could just be me.
Who the hell just says "balsamic"? It's really kind of lazy. Like to add the adjectives onto tomato; (since you can REALLY taste the 'roast' and the 'Italian') and then not add 'vinegar' on the end. Maybe it's because some people just don't like vinegar and they wouldn't want to try them after seeing balsamic vinegar? *shrugs* If they're stupid enough to not recognize "balsamic" as "balsamic vinegar" then I guess they deserve to eat food they won't like. That said, I'm not a fan of salt and vinegar chips or anything, and I actually like these. Though they don't taste like vinegar at all.
The chips are pretty much tomato flavoured and there's a little hint of chili that tastes good. It's not a good idea to ever eat just one rice cracker at a time, because the (lack of) flavour of the rice itself sort of overpowered the flavouring. So it's always best to eat like, three at a time. Kind of like pringles.. or most chips really. I always try to go through a bag of chips just eating one at a time, then I just abandon all hope and start shovelling.
Away from my nonsensical ramblings, these rice crackers are pretty good. Just take my word and shovel them from the start or you won't taste anything.
